Locals give home-based care to people with disabilities in Gweru

Gweru based NGO called “Murombo Munhu” helps poor families take care of their disabled relatives. Specialised homes for people living with disabilities can not meet the demand for accommodation and care. Poor families are forced to take care of their own without help. Murombo Munhu, which translates to “the poor have dignity too”,  makes home-based care bearable.
