I am a holder of a Bsc Media and Society Studies Degree from Midlands State University in Zimbabwe and also hold a Certificate in New Media, Social Media Theory, Media Ethics and Critical Reasoning Theory in Journalism

I have seven years working experience, in the gender, media and humanitarian sectors. I am previous winner of the MCZ pilot project as the overall best mentee.

I have being trained in the following areas:

• Gender mainstreaming (Federation of African Media Women Zimbabwe 2009),
• Gender, Media and Democracy (Southern African Media and Gender Institute 2010)
• Conflict Sensitive Reporting (Humanitarian Information Facilitation Centre 2013)
• Building Social and Community Cohesion (American Friends Service Committee 2013).

I have a passion for new media also being a social media and website administrator, and have worked in the information and media departments  for organisations such as Zimbabwe Womens Bureau, Humanitarian Information Facilitation Centre and currently I am the Programme Assistant with Federation of African Media Women Zimbabwe.
