On July the 26th at around 1p.m., Bulawayo City Hall briefly became alive with hordes of people flocking to see the Zanu-PF haulage truck which had just made it into the car park. The most talked about truck which is used as a stage characterises Zanu-PF’s campaign strategy ahead of the 2013 elections. During the 20 minutes it parked at the City Hall, Mlungisi Moyo, the party’s candidate for Bulawayo Central, led supporters to chant party slogans.
