There has been an upsurge in the number of pre-schools and Early Childhood Development (E.C.D) schools mushrooming in most of the suburbs around the country. These schools have been very costly for most parents, some of them are not registered and others not having a curriculum or experienced teachers. Space for children to play in these houses now being used as preschools has been a very small or not there at all. The coming in of the E.C.D programme in primary schools introduced by Government has been a relief to many parents in terms of quality and standards. This is one such primary school which has opened its play Centre for the pre-scholars and E.C.D
