Vendors in Harare’s central business district on Friday asked the government to provide more employment opportunities in an effort to tame the wild vending situation in the capital. Local authorities and central government are planning to remove vendors who have flooded the city streets in a bid to irke a living but the vendors have vowed to stay put.
