Many people around Zimbabwe wonder how the harurwa insects are caught and prepared.

Unbeknown to them, some women(and men) leave their homes for the rest of the winter season to harvest these insects for a living.

Women in areas around the Nyuni Hills camp in the hills from May to August in a bid to harvest as many of these insects as possible.

In the streets, they are also sold, making a living for many families.
