Chinamwari is a traditional practice, whereby young people who have reached puberty are taken into camp and taught about adult life.
This training includes how to deal with what comes with the onset of puberty e.g menstruation and how to please your spouse when married.
Women are also taught how to move in bed, how to “sexually dance” for their partners and other daily aspects of marriage.
